Configure Repeater Mode

  1. This is the easiest way to configure the AP/router to act as a Wi-Fi repeater. First check if your wireless router supports "WPS". For more detailed information, please read the operating instructions of the wireless router.

  2. The mode selector of REPEATER MODE must be set in the "AP / REPEATER" position

Plug the AP/router into the wall outlet

  1. Press the WPS button on AP1 Router for at least 6 seconds (Wi-Fi J WPS LED now blinks for about 2 minutes) check wifi wavlink com 

  2. Within these 2 minutes, please directly press the WPS button on the wireless router for 2-3 seconds (for more details/instructions, please read the operating instructions of the current Wi-Fi router)

The AP/router will automatically connect to your wireless router and copy all wireless keys/settings. The AP/router can be accessed through the SSID and the wireless key of the wireless router. It can also be connected to a computer/laptop by using the included RJ-45 cable or configured to Wi-Fi repeater mode wirelessly.. Also check orbi purple light

1.     For repeater mode, the mode selector must be set to the "AP/repeater" position. Plug the AP/router into the wall socket.

2.       Click the network icon (Ethernet or wireless icon) in the lower right corner of the desktop toolbar. Identify and connect to the signal named "Wireless-AC"-this will take a few seconds.

3.     Submitted Web Enter in the browser: http://192.168.10.1 or http://ap.setup URL browser box. This number is the default IP address of this AP/router device.

4.   Once the URL is set on the page, a login screen will appear. Enter your username and password, and click Submit. A. Default username = admin

Click the REPEATER button in the setup wizard.

  1. From the list, select the wireless network you want to connect to the AP/router by selecting the corresponding network in the "Select" field.

  2. After selecting the wireless network, you must then specify the wireless router's network key-the same as the current wireless router's security key.

  3. After completing the input, click the "Apply" button. The device will restart. After the restart is complete, you can now access the AP/router under the same SSID and

the wireless key of your wireless router.
